Terms & Conditions

By engaging BL Solar Solutions for solar installation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and BL Solar Solutions.

All installations are subject to site feasibility, structural assessment, and compliance with local regulations and UPNEDA guidelines.

• Standard installation timeline is 7-10 working days from order confirmation
• Timelines may vary based on material availability, weather conditions, and site complexity
• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation site
• Any structural modifications required for installation will be quoted separately
• Final installation is subject to electrical department and UPNEDA approvals where applicable

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Inverter: 5-10 year warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Installation: 1-year workmanship warranty
• Balance of System: 1-5 years (component specific)

Warranties are void if the system is tampered with by unauthorized personnel or damaged due to natural calamities beyond manufacturer specifications.

Standard payment schedule:

• 30% advance payment at order confirmation
• 40% payment before installation commencement
• 30% payment after successful installation and commissioning

For government subsidy projects, payment terms are as per UPNEDA guidelines and project-specific agreements.

• Free technical support for the first year
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) available after warranty period
• 24/7 emergency support hotline for critical issues
• Regular panel cleaning recommended (charged separately)
• Remote monitoring available for compatible systems

BL Solar Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Power generation variations due to weather conditions, shading, or environmental factors
• Delays caused by government approvals, policy changes, or force majeure events
• Damages to existing property structures not caused by our installation work
• Loss of subsidy eligibility due to customer-side documentation or compliance issues
