Terms & Conditions

By engaging BL Solar Solutions for solar installation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and BL Solar Solutions.

All installations are subject to site feasibility, structural assessment, and compliance with local regulations and UPNEDA guidelines.

• Standard installation timeline is 7-10 working days from order confirmation
• Timelines may vary based on material availability, weather conditions, and site complexity
• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation site
• Any structural modifications required for installation will be quoted separately
• Final installation is subject to electrical department and UPNEDA approvals where applicable

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Inverter: 5-10 year warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Installation: 1-year workmanship warranty
• Balance of System: 1-5 years (component specific)

Warranties are void if the system is tampered with by unauthorized personnel or damaged due to natural calamities beyond manufacturer specifications.

Standard payment schedule:

• 30% advance payment at order confirmation
• 40% payment before installation commencement
• 30% payment after successful installation and commissioning

For government subsidy projects, payment terms are as per UPNEDA guidelines and project-specific agreements.

• Free technical support for the first year
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) available after warranty period
• 24/7 emergency support hotline for critical issues
• Regular panel cleaning recommended (charged separately)
• Remote monitoring available for compatible systems

BL Solar Solutions uses WhatsApp Business Cloud API (powered by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to communicate with customers. By providing your phone number and opting in to WhatsApp communications, you agree to the following:

Consent & Opt-In:

• By providing your phone number during registration, checkout, or inquiry, and opting in to WhatsApp notifications, you consent to receive messages from BL Solar Solutions via WhatsApp
• Marketing messages require separate explicit opt-in and are not sent without your consent
• You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us

Types of Communications:

• Order & Payment Updates: Confirmations, receipts, delivery tracking, and invoice notifications
• Service Notifications: Installation appointments, service request updates, technician assignments
• Account Security: OTP verification and account alerts
• Customer Support: Responses to your inquiries, FAQ assistance, complaint resolution
• Marketing (opt-in only): Product launches, seasonal offers, government subsidy updates

Terms of Use:

• WhatsApp messaging is provided as a convenience and is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service
• BL Solar Solutions is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by network issues, WhatsApp outages, or incorrect phone numbers
• Standard data charges from your mobile carrier may apply for WhatsApp usage
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue WhatsApp communications at any time with reasonable notice
• Abusive, threatening, or spam messages sent to our WhatsApp number may result in the sender being blocked

BL Solar Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Power generation variations due to weather conditions, shading, or environmental factors
• Delays caused by government approvals, policy changes, or force majeure events
• Damages to existing property structures not caused by our installation work
• Loss of subsidy eligibility due to customer-side documentation or compliance issues
