Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order or installation project, please reach out via any of the following:

• Email blkashyapenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason

• Use the “Cancel Order” option in your customer dashboard (eligible orders only)

Cancellation is acknowledged within one business day. The refund is processed per the windows below.

• Before dispatch: full refund of the product amount; payment-gateway fees (2–3%) are retained by the gateway
• After dispatch but before delivery: cancellation may not be possible; once delivered, the return & refund process applies (7-day window)
• Custom-cut cables, customised mounting structures, made-to-order items: non-cancellable once production begins

Before installation begins:

• Within 48 hours of advance payment: full refund minus payment-gateway charges (2–3%)
• Up to material procurement: 80% refund of the advance
• After material procurement: refund minus actual material cost and a 15% project-coordination fee

After installation begins:

• Cancellation is not permitted once installation work has commenced on site
• If a customer-requested termination is unavoidable, charges are calculated on completed work, materials used, and labour deployed

For projects under PM Surya Ghar, UPNEDA, or other government schemes:

• Cancellation is subject to scheme guidelines and may not be permitted after subsidy approval
• The customer is responsible for any subsidy forfeiture caused by post-approval cancellation
• Refund processing may take up to 45 days due to subsidy reconciliation with UPNEDA / DISCOM
• Documentation, processing, and DISCOM-coordination charges already incurred are non-refundable

We may cancel an order or project (with full refund) if any of the following apply:

• The site is found to be technically unsuitable during the survey (structural, shading, or load-bearing limitations)
• Required DISCOM or UPNEDA approvals cannot be obtained at the customer's site
• Stock unavailability of a discontinued product line (we will offer an equivalent replacement first)
• Suspected fraudulent payment, identity-mismatch, or sanctions-list checks

In such cases, you receive 100% of the amount paid, refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
