Information from Social Login (Facebook / Google):

If you choose to sign in using Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your social account. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to your friends list, birthday, gender, or any other personal data beyond basic profile information. The permissions we request are limited to email and public_profile (standard login permissions). You can disconnect your social account from your profile settings at any time.

Facebook Lead Ads:

We run Facebook Lead Ad campaigns to help potential customers inquire about solar installations. When you submit a lead form on Facebook, we receive your name, email, and phone number through Meta's webhook system. This data is used exclusively to contact you regarding your solar installation inquiry and is stored securely in our CRM system.

Facebook Pixel:

We use Facebook Pixel (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and deliver relevant ads. The Pixel collects anonymized data about page visits and conversions. You can opt out of Facebook ad tracking through your Facebook Ad Settings.

WhatsApp Business Messaging:

We use WhatsApp Business Cloud API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to communicate with customers. When you interact with us on WhatsApp or opt in to receive WhatsApp messages, we collect and process:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Messages, media, and documents you send to us via WhatsApp
• Your opt-in and opt-out preferences for WhatsApp communications
• Message delivery and read status

WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's Cloud API infrastructure. Meta acts as a data processor and may store messages temporarily for delivery purposes in accordance with their Business Data Processing Terms. We store conversation data in our secure CRM system to provide customer support, process orders, and manage service requests.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide solar installation quotes and consultations
• Process your orders and payments
• Schedule installations and maintenance services
• Send you updates about your projects and services
• Communicate with you via WhatsApp as described in our WhatsApp Messaging Policy below

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your payment information is processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.

We use WhatsApp Business Cloud API to communicate with you. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive messages from BL Solar Solutions on WhatsApp.

Types of messages we send:

• Transactional: Order confirmations, payment receipts, delivery updates, OTP verification
• Utility: Appointment reminders, service request updates, feedback requests
• Marketing: Product launches, offers, and subsidy updates (only with your explicit opt-in consent)

Opt-In & Opt-Out:

• Marketing messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message
• You can also manage your WhatsApp communication preferences from your account settings
• Transactional messages related to active orders or services cannot be opted out of while the order/service is in progress

Data Retention:

WhatsApp conversation data is retained in our CRM system for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Conversations linked to orders or service requests are retained for the duration of applicable warranty periods. You may request deletion of your WhatsApp conversation history by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).
