Telecaller — Lead Generation
BL Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated Telecaller — Lead Generation to join our sales team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time opportunity with a UPNEDA-registered solar company that has helped hundreds of families across Uttar Pradesh go solar under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in rooftop solar installations
- Follow up on website enquiries, social media leads, and referral contacts
- Explain PM Surya Ghar scheme benefits and BL Solar Solutions offerings over the phone
- Schedule site survey appointments for the sales and technical team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for field visits
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead conversion goals
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer calling
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
- Comfortable making 80-100+ calls per day
- Basic computer skills — able to use CRM software and Excel
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
- Female candidates preferred for this role
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
