Telecaller — Lead Generation

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in rooftop solar installations
• Follow up on website enquiries, social media leads, and referral contacts
• Explain PM Surya Ghar scheme benefits and BL Solar Solutions offerings over the phone
• Schedule site survey appointments for the sales and technical team
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for field visits
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead conversion goals

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer calling
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
• Comfortable making 80-100+ calls per day
• Basic computer skills — able to use CRM software and Excel
• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Female candidates preferred for this role
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
