BL Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated Solar Salesman to join our sales team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time opportunity with a UPNEDA-registered solar company that has helped hundreds of families across Uttar Pradesh go solar under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential customers and explain benefits of rooftop solar under PM Surya Ghar scheme
- Generate and follow up on leads through door-to-door visits and referrals
- Conduct basic rooftop assessment and help customers understand system sizing and subsidy benefits
- Prepare and present quotations to homeowners for 1kW to 10kW rooftop solar systems
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installation scheduling
- Assist customers with PM Surya Ghar portal registration and subsidy application paperwork
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy lead pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for referrals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in solar panel sales, home appliance sales, or related field sales
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for customer visits — fuel allowance provided
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme and residential solar systems preferred
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and customer-facing interactions
- Smartphone with internet access for CRM updates and customer communication
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
