BL Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated Video Editor to join our marketing team in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time opportunity with a UPNEDA-registered solar company that has helped hundreds of families across Uttar Pradesh go solar under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Create customer testimonial videos, installation timelapse videos, and product showcase clips
- Add subtitles, text overlays, music, and transitions to raw footage
- Produce educational videos explaining PM Surya Ghar scheme, subsidy process, and solar benefits
- Collaborate with the sales and technical team to capture on-site installation footage
- Optimize video content for each platform (aspect ratios, durations, thumbnails)
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, B-roll, and finished assets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing for social media or YouTube
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Good understanding of short-form video trends and social media formats
- Basic motion graphics and text animation skills
- Comfortable with basic video shooting on smartphone or DSLR
- Graduate in any discipline; Film/Media Production preferred
- Portfolio or YouTube/Instagram channel showcasing video work required
