BL Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time opportunity with a UPNEDA-registered solar company that has helped hundreds of families across Uttar Pradesh go solar under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, stories, reels covers, and ad banners for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create product brochures, flyers, visiting cards, and print marketing materials
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, and email templates
- Develop brand-consistent visual content for PM Surya Ghar awareness campaigns
- Edit product and installation photos for use across marketing channels
- Collaborate with the content writer and video editor to produce cohesive campaign assets
- Maintain and evolve the brand design system (colours, fonts, templates)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing or social media
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of social media design formats and best practices
- Basic photo editing and retouching skills
- Eye for clean, modern design with strong typography
- Graduate in any discipline; Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred
- Portfolio showcasing social media and marketing design work required
