Refund & Cancellation

Before Installation Commencement:

• Within 48 hours of order: Full refund of advance payment minus payment gateway charges (2-3%)
• After 48 hours but before material procurement: 80% refund of advance payment
• After material procurement but before installation: Refund minus actual material costs and 15% service charge

After Installation Commencement:

• No cancellation allowed once installation work has begun
• In case of project termination, charges will be calculated based on work completed and materials used

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refund initiation within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval
• Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days
• Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days (depending on bank)
• UPI/Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For projects under UPNEDA, PM Suryaghar, or other government schemes:

• Cancellation is subject to subsidy guidelines and may not be permitted after subsidy application
• Customer is responsible for subsidy forfeiture if project is cancelled after approval
• Refund processing may take longer (up to 45 days) due to subsidy reconciliation
• Cancellation charges may be higher due to documentation and processing costs

The following are non-refundable:

• Site survey and consultation charges
• Custom engineering and design costs
• Government application and processing fees
• Payment gateway and transaction charges
• Materials that have been customized or cut to project specifications

We stand behind our installations. If the system fails to meet the guaranteed performance within the first year:

• Free troubleshooting and system optimization
• Component replacement if found defective
• Performance adjustments at no cost

Note: Performance guarantee does not cover variations due to weather, shading, or structural issues beyond our control.
