At BL Solar Solutions, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data — including any data received through Facebook Login — you can do so by following the instructions below.

This applies to all data we hold about you, including your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and any other information collected during registration or use of our services.

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
• Facebook Login connection and associated Facebook user data
• Communication preferences and notification settings
• Saved quotes and calculator history
• Wishlist and cart data

Note: Certain data may be retained as required by law, including GST invoices, payment records, and service/warranty documentation. These records are retained for legal compliance and cannot be deleted upon request.

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

If you have an active service contract or ongoing installation, we may contact you to discuss the implications before proceeding with the deletion.
